For a Hull business offering both regular services and project work, the website can give each a clear explanation. The enquiry should reflect whether someone wants an ongoing visit or needs a larger job assessed before a quote. I’m Hamza Hussain, a software developer based in Sheffield. I design, build and check your site, working with you remotely from the first brief to launch.
Nothing upfront from £29.99 a month, or pay once: one page £199, up to 5 pages £399, business site from £699. All prices include VAT.
An illustrative brief to help you plan. This is a fictional example, rather than a local client project.
Picture a fictional gardening business in Hull offering maintenance and selected landscaping projects. A customer asking about regular upkeep has different questions from someone planning a new outdoor area. The site could separate the services and gather the appropriate first details. This is an illustrative brief, not a local client, a claim about the city’s housing or a promise that every landscaping job can be accepted.
List the tasks and actual coverage. Explain any exclusions and whether frequency is discussed individually, rather than giving visitors a schedule the business has not agreed.
Describe the kinds of project you are prepared to discuss. Avoid suggesting that a form can settle access, ground conditions, materials or the final cost without further review.
Agree whether the service type, approximate area and a short description will help. Optional photographs can be considered with file handling and retention included in the scope.
Make the regular-service route easy to find and describe the tasks in plain language. Keep any supplied prices tied to their actual conditions.
Show genuine work only with permission and accurate descriptions. Say when an image is an idea or concept rather than evidence of a completed job.
Use different questions for ongoing maintenance and a larger project. Explain what happens after the request without promising a visit, start date or fixed quote automatically.
Try both routes with a short phone enquiry. Check that the selected work stays attached to the message and that photos, if included, follow the handling process agreed before the feature is built.
Your site should distinguish your base, where you travel to customers and any work you deliver online. Send the actual places you cover, any collection or appointment arrangements and the contact details you want customers to use.
I can help with service pages, clear contact routes and Google Business Profile setup where your business is eligible. A separate town page needs useful detail about your real offering there. Search positions and extra enquiries cannot be promised.
The same published prices apply across the UK. Monthly website plans start at £29.99; the One page website is £199 to pay once.

I work from Sheffield. Projects for Hull businesses run remotely; there is no Hull branch or in-person meeting included.
Yes. You receive a working review link to try on your own phone and computer. You can leave notes before approving launch.
Send its address and the problem you want to solve. I can review what your platform supports and quote for agreed improvements or explain whether a replacement is needed.
Tell me about your business in Hull, the customers you serve and what they should be able to do on your website. The quote is free and lists the pages, features and total price. You see your preview before you pay anything. Don’t like the preview? You owe nothing. I reply within one working day.
Other service areas: York, Lincoln, Leeds, all areas served.
Two sites I have built so far are GHZ Accountants and Redpen Jobs: see the work. The demos on this page are fictional concepts.
