    We talk about your business and what the site needs to do. I send a fixed price before any work starts.

  2. Pick a look

    I bring three homepage designs. Pick one or ask for something new. Two rounds of notes are included, then we settle the colours.

  3. Pages and words

    We decide which pages you need and what each one says.

  4. Preview and notes

    You get a preview link to try the site on your own phone. Click anything on the page and leave a note. I change it until you're happy, and I test the forms and the main things a customer does.

  5. Go live

    You buy your web address (the domain) and open a hosting account, the service that keeps your site online. I walk you through both on a call. Then I set up email for your contact form and online booking if you need it, put the site live, and Google can find it.

  6. Extras and aftercare

    If your package includes them, I set up your Google Business Profile, extra work to help you show up on Google, or a logo. I hand over your website files and account access, and check in a few days after launch.
