Websites for salons that make booking the obvious next step

A website for your salon starts at £199 for one page with your services, prices and a way to book, or £399 for up to 5 pages. Prices include VAT and I send a fixed quote before work starts. It suits hair salons, barbers, nail bars, beauty salons and aesthetics clinics, and links to the booking tool you already use. I'm Hamza, based in Sheffield, building for salons across the UK.

One-page site £199, small site £399, business site from £699. All prices include VAT.

What a hair, barber, nail or beauty salon website should do

A new client decides quickly. The page has to show what you offer, what it costs and how to get a slot.

  • Show your services and prices

A clear price list, with a starting price where the cost depends on the client.

  • Show your work

Photos you took and have the right to use, ideally grouped by service.

  • Make booking one tap

A button on every page that goes straight to your booking tool or request form.

  • Show who they will meet

A short introduction to you or the team, so a first visit feels familiar.

A barber website that answers the walk-in question

Barber websites are searched for more than any other salon type. They have one job above the rest: tell a new customer whether to just turn up.

Say whether you take walk-ins and when, show a price list a customer can read at a glance, and put the booking button in the first screen if you take appointments. If you use Booksy, Fresha, Square or Treatwell, the site links to your booking page or embeds it. The full list of what to include is on websites for barbers.

A salon website with booking: two routes

Link or embed your booking tool

If you use Fresha, Timely, Square or Treatwell, the site links to your booking page or embeds it, depending on what the provider allows. Your provider's subscription or commission stays with you. I do not take payments on the site, and I do not promise calendar syncing, which depends on the provider.

Take requests you confirm

If you prefer to confirm each appointment yourself, a request form asks for the service, a day and a time. You reply to confirm.

You send the prices and photos, and I lay them out so they read well on a phone.

Ask clients before showing their faces. A gallery that filters by service is something I can build, and it is agreed in your quote. Your booking provider may already send appointment reminders, so check that first. A link to your Google reviews can sit on the page, and I do not add review widgets.

What a salon website costs

One price for the build. After launch, price-list and photo changes count as small updates on the monthly plans, from £29.99 a month with hosting.

All prices include VAT. Your fixed quote confirms the final price before any work starts.

Hosting with me is optional, from £19.99 a month. With your own hosting there is no monthly fee to me. Every build includes custom design for phones and computers, wording help, a contact form with spam protection, and page titles and a page map for Google.

What I have built

The two sites I have built so far are GHZ Accountants and Redpen Jobs. MOTIF, the hair salon example, is a fictional concept, labelled as such.

Questions salon owners ask

How much does a salon website cost?

A one-page site with your services, prices and a way to book starts at £199. A site of up to 5 pages starts at £399. All prices include VAT. The fixed quote comes before any work.

Can clients book online?

Yes, in one of two ways. The site can link to, or embed, the booking tool you already use. Or it can take appointment requests that you confirm yourself. Any subscription or commission your booking provider charges is yours, and I do not take payments on the site.

I use Fresha, Timely, Square or Treatwell. Can the site work with it?

Yes. I link to your booking page or embed it, depending on what the provider allows, and I confirm which in your quote. I do not promise that bookings sync with another calendar, because that depends on the provider.

Do you build websites for barbers, nail bars and beauty clinics?

Yes. I build for hair salons, barbers, nail bars, beauty salons and aesthetics clinics. The services, prices and photos change, and the job stays the same: show what you offer and make booking easy.

Can I show my prices and my work?

Yes. You supply your price list and photos of your work. Please only send photos you have the right to use, and ask clients before showing their faces.

Can I update prices and photos myself?

For 4 weeks after launch, small changes are free. After that, a price change or a swapped photo counts as a small update on the monthly plans. An editor can also be added to your build as a quoted extra.

Will clients get appointment reminders?

Your booking provider may already send them, so check that first. If you want reminders from the website itself, I scope that separately in your quote.

How long will it take?

Allow 10 working days for a one-page or small site once your brief and content are ready. A simple salon site can be quicker if your prices and photos arrive early.

Get a fixed quote before you commit

Tell me about your salon and how clients book now. The quote lists the pages, features and total price before you agree to anything. I reply within one working day.
