A hair salon website starts at £199 for one page, or £399 for up to 5 pages. It lists your services with prices and times, introduces your stylists, shows your work and links to the booking tool you already use. Prices include VAT, the quote is fixed before work starts, and you keep your domain and files. I'm Hamza, based in Sheffield, building for hair salons across the UK.
One-page site £199, small site £399, business site from £699. All prices include VAT.
Hair is booked by the hour, so duration matters as much as price.
Group services the way clients think: cuts, colour, treatments, occasion hair. Give each a time and a “from” price where the final cost depends on length or thickness. For colour, say that it begins with a consultation, if it does.
Colour questions are the ones clients email about, so answer the common ones on the page in your own words: how long a full head takes, how often roots need doing and what a first appointment involves.
The site links to or embeds the booking tool you use, such as Fresha, Timely, Square or Treatwell. If your tool takes deposits, they are set up in your provider account, and the site simply sends clients there. I do not take payments on the site.
If you ask for a patch test before colour, the booking section can say so in your words, with how far ahead it needs to happen. I do not write the safety advice. You tell me what you require and I lay it out clearly.

Many clients ask for a person, not a salon.
Name, speciality and a photo, so a client can pick before they book.
A few photos per stylist, if each builds their own client base.
If books are closed for one stylist, say so and point to the next.
Let the work do the persuading.
A gallery sorted by service, such as colour, cuts and bridal, lets someone find the thing they came for. Use your own photos, and ask clients before showing their faces. A gallery that filters by service is something I can build, agreed in your quote.
One price for the build, then small updates as services and prices change.

All prices include VAT. Your fixed quote confirms the final price before any work starts.
Hosting with me is optional, from £19.99 a month. With your own hosting there is no monthly fee to me.
The monthly plans (£29.99, £39.99 and £49.99) include hosting and 10, 20 or 30+ small updates a month. Allow 10 working days for a one-page or small site, counted from when your content is ready.
Not included: domain registration and renewal, email mailboxes, paid services from other companies, and extra pages and features, which are quoted first.
With times and starting prices.
Names, specialities and photos.
Exactly as you apply them.
And the tool it belongs to.
Well lit, taken by you or a photographer you have the rights from.
Including any late nights.
A one-page site costs £199. A site of up to 5 pages, for services, team and contact, costs £399. All prices include VAT. The fixed quote comes before any work.
Yes. Profiles with a photo and a short description fit on one team page. You supply the words and photos, and I lay them out.
The deposit is set up in your booking tool, and the site sends clients to it. I do not handle card payments on the site.
Yes, in your words. You tell me your rule and I place it next to the relevant services. I do not write the safety guidance myself.
Yes, if you took them and the client agrees. They can sit in a gallery grouped by service.
Price changes are small updates, free for 4 weeks after launch and included in the monthly plans after that.
Tell me which services you want to be known for and how clients book now. The quote lists the pages, features and total price before you agree to anything. I reply within one working day.
Other salon types: Barbers, Beauty salons, Nail salons, all websites for salons.
Two sites I have built so far are GHZ Accountants and Redpen Jobs: see the work. The demos on this page are fictional concepts.
