A barber website starts at £199 for one page with your prices, opening times and a booking button, or £399 for up to 5 pages. It tells a new customer whether you take walk-ins, how to book if you do not, and what a cut costs. Prices include VAT, the quote is fixed before work starts, and you keep your domain and files. I'm Hamza, based in Sheffield, building for barbers across the UK.
One-page site £199, small site £399, business site from £699. All prices include VAT.
This is the question a barber’s phone gets most. Put the answer at the top of the page.
Say so, and say when it is busiest. A line like “Quietest on weekday mornings” saves a wasted trip and is only worth writing if it is true.
Put the booking button first and explain how to book in one sentence.
Say which chairs or which hours are for which. Confusion here costs you customers.
If you keep a live count in a tool, link to it. I do not build live queue tracking myself, but I can link to whatever you already use.
If your customers book through Booksy, Fresha, Square or Treatwell, the site links to your booking page or embeds it, depending on what the provider allows. Your quote says which.
Any subscription, commission or deposit settings belong to your provider account. I do not take payments on the site, and I do not promise that bookings sync with another calendar.

Put prices, hours and the booking button in the first screen.
List cut, fade, beard and the combinations you really sell, with the time each takes. Write “from” beside any price that varies, such as long hair or a skin fade with design work, so there is no surprise at the till.
Kids’ cuts, seniors and student prices go on the same list if you offer them. Prices and hours are small updates when they change, free for the first 4 weeks after launch. The monthly plans (£29.99, £39.99 and £49.99) include hosting and 10, 20 or 30+ small updates a month.
Photos of your own work, shot in good light and from the same angles, tell a new customer more than a paragraph of description. Ask the customer before showing their face, or crop to the haircut. A gallery grouped by style, such as fades, tapers and beards, helps someone choose before they book.
A one-off build price. Most barbershops need one page or a small site.

All prices include VAT. Your fixed quote confirms the final price before any work starts.
Hosting with me is optional, from £19.99 a month. With your own hosting there is no monthly fee to me.
A one-page site holds prices, hours, the gallery and the booking button. The 5-page site adds a page for the team and one for gift vouchers or shop info. Allow 10 working days, counted from when your brief and content are ready.
Not included: domain registration and renewal, email mailboxes, paid services from other companies, and extra pages and features, which are quoted first.
With the time each service takes.
Including bank holidays and any days with different hours.
In one sentence.
The address of your booking page, if you use a tool.
Your own work and the shop, with permission for faces.
Names and a line about each barber, if you want them shown.
A one-page site is £199 and a site of up to 5 pages is £399. All prices include VAT. You get a fixed quote before any work starts.
Yes. The page can state your walk-in hours and show a booking button for the rest. You tell me what the rule is and I word it so it is clear on a phone.
I link to your Booksy page or embed it if the provider allows it, and your quote says which. Any provider fees stay with you.
Not by itself. If your booking tool offers a live queue or availability view, I can link to it. Building a live tracker from scratch would be quoted separately.
Yes, as a small update. Price edits are free for 4 weeks after launch and then count as small updates on the monthly plans.
Yes. A one-page site is often enough for a single-chair or two-chair shop.
Tell me whether you take walk-ins, bookings or both, and which booking tool you use, if any. The quote lists the pages, features and total price before you agree to anything. I reply within one working day.
Other salon types: Hair salons, Beauty salons, Nail salons, all websites for salons.
Two sites I have built so far are GHZ Accountants and Redpen Jobs: see the work. The demos on this page are fictional concepts.
