A nail salon website with a menu, a design gallery and a booking button

A nail salon website starts at £199 for one page, or £399 for up to 5 pages. It lists your manicures, gel and extension sets with times and prices, shows your nail art in a gallery, and sends clients to your booking tool. Prices include VAT, the quote is fixed before work starts, and you keep your domain and files. I'm Hamza, based in Sheffield, building for nail bars and nail technicians across the UK.

One-page site £199, small site £399, business site from £699. All prices include VAT.

Sample layout with example prices. Fictional salon.

Nail pricing is a stack of parts. If it is not obvious, clients book the wrong length of appointment.

Show the base services first: manicure, gel polish, extensions, pedicure. Then list removal, repairs, shape changes and art as add-ons, each with the time it adds. A client who can see the total time books the right slot.

If removal of work from another salon costs extra, or takes longer, put it on the page. It prevents the awkward conversation at the table.

Clients arrive with a picture in mind. Let them find one like it.

  • Group by style

Short, long, French, chrome, seasonal. Whatever your clients ask for by name.

  • Your own photos

Taken in even light, on a plain background, with the hand relaxed. Ask the client before showing their hands if they are recognisable.

  • A “bring a picture” note

If you work from reference photos, say so, and say how to send one ahead.

Booking and no-show settings live in your booking tool

Link to or embed the tool you use, such as Fresha, Treatwell, Timely or Square. Deposits and cancellation rules are set in your provider account, and the site sends clients there. The site does not take payments.

Walk-ins are common in nail bars, so say whether you take them and when. If you work by appointment only, the booking button comes first.

All prices include VAT. Your fixed quote confirms the final price before any work starts.

Hosting with me is optional, from £19.99 a month. With your own hosting there is no monthly fee to me.

A lone technician often needs one page. A nail bar with several technicians may want the 5-page site for team profiles and a larger gallery. The monthly plans (£29.99, £39.99 and £49.99) include hosting and 10, 20 or 30+ small updates a month.

Not included: domain registration and renewal, email mailboxes, paid services from other companies, and extra pages and features, which are quoted first.

    If you take them.

Anything you tell clients after a set, in your words.

Questions nail salon owners ask

How much does a nail salon website cost?

£199 for a single page, or £399 for up to 5 pages. All prices include VAT. The fixed quote comes before any work starts.

I work from home. Can I use the site?

Yes. You decide what location detail to show. If you prefer not to show a full address publicly, say so and I will keep to that.

Can the site list removal and nail art as add-ons?

Yes. Add-ons sit under each service with the extra time and price. You tell me the figures.

Can I show a gallery of designs?

Yes, from photos you took. A gallery grouped by style is something I can build. The details are agreed in your quote.

Do clients pay a deposit on the site?

Deposits are handled by your booking provider. The site links to it and does not take payments.

Can I update the gallery with new sets?

Swapping photos is a small update, free for 4 weeks after launch. A new page or a new gallery layout is quoted separately.

Get a fixed quote before you commit

Tell me what you offer, how long each set takes and how clients book. The quote lists the pages, features and total price before you agree to anything. I reply within one working day.
