All prices include VAT. Your written quote will show the total payable.
No. You can arrange your own hosting and receive the website files. Your chosen provider may charge you. Optional managed hosting starts at £19.99/month; care plans include hosting, so you only pay for one plan.
A small update is a short text change or an image replacement on an existing page. Update allowances are monthly totals and unused updates do not roll over. Full includes at least 30 updates; any larger allowance is agreed in your quote. It is not unlimited.
I check in a few days after launch. Small changes to existing text, photos or layout are included for 4 weeks with either hosting choice. Ongoing care is optional; new pages and features are quoted separately.
A simpler website can be ready within a week, depending on the features, content readiness and how quickly you send feedback. The guide starts once the brief is agreed and your content is ready. Time waiting for your feedback or content is excluded. Your quote confirms the timetable; the package timings are working-day guides.
Cancel anytime; service ends at the end of your paid billing period. Your accounts remain yours and I hand over the website files. Arrange the replacement hosting before the current service ends.
