A website for your Lincoln business can explain who you help, what you offer and how someone takes the next step. For appointment-based work, the first planning question is whether a visitor is asking about availability or booking a confirmed place. I’m Hamza Hussain, a software developer based in Sheffield. I design, build and check your site, working with you remotely from the first brief to launch.
Nothing upfront from £29.99 a month, or pay once: one page £199, up to 5 pages £399, business site from £699. All prices include VAT.
An illustrative brief to help you plan. This is a fictional example, rather than a local client project.
Imagine an independent tutor in Lincoln offering different subjects and lesson formats. A parent needs to find the right subject, check the level taught and ask about a suitable time. The website could organise those choices before the enquiry, without displaying a timetable that the tutor cannot keep current. This is an illustrative brief, not a client project or a claim about demand in Lincoln.
List the subjects, age groups and lesson formats you actually offer. Say when a service is unavailable rather than collecting requests you already know you cannot accept.
Decide whether visitors send a preference or use a booking tool you already operate. A requested time must remain a request until the business confirms it.
Ask for enough detail to reply usefully, such as subject and preferred format. Leave unnecessary personal information out of the enquiry form.
Give each subject or service a clear label, explain the level of help and show a direct route to the relevant enquiry.
Explain the next step and who confirms it. If availability changes often, an editable section or the existing scheduling tool can be scoped into the quote.
Tell the visitor their request has been sent and what happens next. Keep the wording distinct from confirmation of an actual appointment.
Before launch, review the subject choices, the request wording and the message arriving in your inbox. Keep a simple record of which information you need to update when your availability changes.
Your site should distinguish your base, where you travel to customers and any work you deliver online. Send the actual places you cover, any collection or appointment arrangements and the contact details you want customers to use.
I can help with service pages, clear contact routes and Google Business Profile setup where your business is eligible. A separate town page needs useful detail about your real offering there. Search positions and extra enquiries cannot be promised.
The same published prices apply across the UK. Monthly website plans start at £29.99; the One page website is £199 to pay once.

I work from Sheffield. Projects for Lincoln businesses run remotely; there is no Lincoln branch or in-person meeting included.
Yes. You receive a working review link to try on your own phone and computer. You can leave notes before approving launch.
Send its address and the problem you want to solve. I can review what your platform supports and quote for agreed improvements or explain whether a replacement is needed.
Tell me about your business in Lincoln, the customers you serve and what they should be able to do on your website. The quote is free and lists the pages, features and total price. You see your preview before you pay anything. Don’t like the preview? You owe nothing. I reply within one working day.
Other service areas: Nottingham, Hull, Sheffield, all areas served.
Two sites I have built so far are GHZ Accountants and Redpen Jobs: see the work. The demos on this page are fictional concepts.
