For a Liverpool business quoting for events, a website can help someone explain the occasion before asking for a price. The content should connect the service options, practical limits and enquiry questions so the first message is worth responding to. I’m Hamza Hussain, a software developer based in Sheffield. I design, build and check your site, working with you remotely from the first brief to launch.
Nothing upfront from £29.99 a month, or pay once: one page £199, up to 5 pages £399, business site from £699. All prices include VAT.
An illustrative brief to help you plan. This is a fictional example, rather than a local client project.
Imagine a fictional caterer in Liverpool receiving requests for private gatherings and business events. The owner needs the proposed date, location, guest numbers and service style before discussing a menu. A website could explain the available formats and collect that starting information. This example is not a catering client or evidence of local demand, and it does not introduce online ordering or payment handling.
Name the formats your business handles and explain what each includes. If delivery, staffing or equipment are separate matters, make that clear before someone enquires.
Agree which event details are needed for your first reply. Keep guest numbers and timing as customer-supplied estimates until you discuss and confirm the final arrangements.
Use the caterer’s approved process and wording. The website should provide a route to discuss requirements, without inventing allergen assurances or treating a form selection as confirmation.
Show menus or examples the business has approved, with a clear explanation of what is illustrative and what is currently offered. Avoid publishing an outdated menu as a fixed commitment.
Ask about the occasion, preferred date, venue and approximate guest count. Provide room for questions that do not fit the predefined choices.
Explain what happens after the enquiry. Keep availability, dietary arrangements and the final menu subject to the business’s own confirmation.
Test enquiries for two different event formats. Check that the incoming message preserves the event context and that every menu, image and dietary statement has been approved by the business.
Your site should distinguish your base, where you travel to customers and any work you deliver online. Send the actual places you cover, any collection or appointment arrangements and the contact details you want customers to use.
I can help with service pages, clear contact routes and Google Business Profile setup where your business is eligible. A separate town page needs useful detail about your real offering there. Search positions and extra enquiries cannot be promised.
The same published prices apply across the UK. Monthly website plans start at £29.99; the One page website is £199 to pay once.

Yes. You receive a working review link to try on your own phone and computer. You can leave notes before approving launch.
Send its address and the problem you want to solve. I can review what your platform supports and quote for agreed improvements or explain whether a replacement is needed.
Tell me about your business in Liverpool, the customers you serve and what they should be able to do on your website. The quote is free and lists the pages, features and total price. Two sites I have built so far are GHZ Accountants and Redpen Jobs: see the work. The demos on this page are fictional concepts.
