Web design for businesses in Manchester

A Manchester business serving more than one audience needs a website that makes those routes clear. Shared branding can hold the site together while the questions, service explanations and contact actions reflect what each visitor is trying to do. I’m Hamza Hussain, a software developer based in Sheffield. I design, build and check your site, working with you remotely from the first brief to launch.

Nothing upfront from £29.99 a month, or pay once: one page £199, up to 5 pages £399, business site from £699. All prices include VAT.

The project runs online between your business in Manchester and me in Sheffield.

Planning a recruitment consultancy’s two enquiry routes

An illustrative brief to help you plan. This is a fictional example, rather than a local client project.

Imagine a fictional Manchester recruitment consultancy hearing from employers and people looking for work. An employer’s vacancy brief and a candidate’s general enquiry need different explanations. A website could give each audience a clear starting point without implying that a form submission guarantees a vacancy, interview or introduction. This is an illustrative website brief, not a recruitment client or a claim about local hiring.

Questions to answer before asking for a quote

  • Which audience should each route serve?

Name the two tasks plainly. A visitor should not have to explore the whole site before understanding where their enquiry belongs or whether the business can help.

  • What should the first form collect?

An employer may need to describe a role and hiring need. A candidate may only need a general contact route. Detailed documents need a separately agreed handling process.

  • Who maintains published vacancies?

If jobs are displayed, agree where the current information comes from and who removes expired roles. Search or filtering can be scoped, but should not be assumed necessary for a small list.

A page plan for that example

  • An employer route

Explain the services actually offered, the types of roles covered and how to discuss a vacancy. Avoid unverified placement figures, client logos or claims about available candidates.

  • A candidate route

Set out what visitors can do and what happens after contact. Link to current opportunities only if the business can maintain an accurate source.

  • A clear content and privacy process

Agree the enquiry fields, recipient and handling of any documents before building collection features. Keep the published privacy information aligned with the actual flow.

What to check before the website goes live

Test both audiences from the homepage to the message received. Check that neither enquiry route uses the other’s form by mistake and that outdated vacancies or unsupported recruitment claims are not published.

Explain where your Manchester business works

Your site should distinguish your base, where you travel to customers and any work you deliver online. Send the actual places you cover, any collection or appointment arrangements and the contact details you want customers to use.

I can help with service pages, clear contact routes and Google Business Profile setup where your business is eligible. A separate town page needs useful detail about your real offering there. Search positions and extra enquiries cannot be promised.

Working together from Manchester

Do you have an office in Manchester?

I work from Sheffield. Projects for Manchester businesses run remotely; there is no Manchester branch or in-person meeting included.

Can I check the website before it launches?

Yes. You receive a working review link to try on your own phone and computer. You can leave notes before approving launch.

Can you improve my existing site?

Send its address and the problem you want to solve. I can review what your platform supports and quote for agreed improvements or explain whether a replacement is needed.
