A roofer website for leak call-outs, repairs and full roof quotes

A roofer website starts at £199 for one page, or £399 for up to 5 pages. It puts a call button and WhatsApp button where a worried homeowner can find them, shows before and after photos of your work, and takes quote requests with photos of the roof. Prices include VAT, you get a fixed quote before work starts, and you keep your domain and files. I'm Hamza, based in Sheffield, building for roofers anywhere in the UK.

One-page site £199, small site £399, business site from £699. All prices include VAT.

Concept of a roofer’s phone page. Fictional business.

Photos of the roof before you pick up the phone

Most roofing enquiries start with something wrong that the owner can only see from the ground. A quote form that asks what happened, where in the house it shows and when it started, with a photo upload offered, gives you a head start.

File limits, secure handling and how long photos are kept are agreed in your quote. Tap-to-call and WhatsApp buttons are included in every trades build, so someone with water coming through a ceiling has a one-tap route to you.

Two kinds of visitor, two answers

Someone with a leak and someone planning a new roof are both on your site, wanting very different things.

  • The urgent leak or storm damage

Say if you take emergency call-outs, when you answer, and how a temporary repair differs from a proper fix, in your words.

  • The planned repair or replacement

Pitched roofs, flat roofs, chimneys, lead work, fascias and gutters, whichever you do, each with what the job involves.

  • Whether you take small jobs

If you do not, say so. It saves calls for both sides.

  • How a quote works

Whether you visit first, how long it takes and whether it is free.

Photos of your roofs beat any wording.

Before and after photos that earn trust

A pair of photos from the same angle shows the difference more clearly than a paragraph. Add a line on what the problem was and what you did. Take them yourself, and ask the owner before showing a recognisable house.

Caption each pair plainly: what was wrong, what you replaced, roughly how long it took. I lay them out so they load quickly on a phone and do not shrink to thumbnails.

Guarantees, insurance and accreditations

If you give a guarantee on your work, the site states it exactly as you give it, with the period and what it covers. I do not add a guarantee, an insurance claim or a scheme badge you have not told me about, and I show a badge only once you have proved it is current.

All prices include VAT. Your fixed quote confirms the final price before any work starts.

Hosting with me is optional, from £19.99 a month. With your own hosting there is no monthly fee to me.

Most roofers start with one page and add a page per roof type later. After 4 weeks of free small changes, the monthly plans (£29.99, £39.99 and £49.99) cover hosting and 10, 20 or 30+ small updates a month.

Not included: domain registration and renewal, email mailboxes, paid services from other companies, and extra pages and features, which are quoted first.

What to send

  • Types of roof you work on

And the ones you do not.

  • Emergency details

Whether you take call-outs, and the hours you answer.

  • Four to eight photo sets

Before and after, taken by you.

  • Your guarantee wording

Exactly as you give it to customers, if you give one.

  • Your area

Where you will travel to a roof.

  • Your WhatsApp number

Where customers should send roof photos.

Questions roofers ask

How much does a roofer’s website cost?

£199 for one page, £399 for up to 5 pages and £699 for up to 8 pages. All prices include VAT. You get a fixed quote before anything starts.

Can the site help with storm damage enquiries?

It can put a call button and WhatsApp button at the top of every page, and a short form asking what happened. I cannot make storms send you work, but I can make it easy for someone to reach you when one hits.

Will you write a guarantee for me?

No. I show a guarantee only as you state it. If you are not sure of the exact wording, check it with whoever advises you on your terms.

How do before and after photos get on the site?

You send them, I resize them so the page stays quick, and I add your captions. Later swaps on an existing page count as small updates.

Can customers upload roof photos safely?

A photo upload can be offered. File limits, how uploads are handled and how long they are kept are agreed in your quote, and the privacy notice reflects them.

I mostly get work by word of mouth. Do I still need a site?

A website gives those recommendations somewhere to land. When someone is passed your name, they look you up, and a clear page with photos and a way to reach you makes that check easy.

Get a fixed quote before you commit

Tell me the kinds of roof work you want and where you travel. The quote lists the pages, features and total price before you agree to anything. I reply within one working day.

Other trades: Plumbers, Electricians, Builders, all websites for tradespeople.

Two sites I have built so far are GHZ Accountants and Redpen Jobs: see the work. The demos on this page are fictional concepts.
