A website for plumbers starts at £199 for one page, or £399 for up to 5 pages, and is built around the jobs people phone about: leaks, no hot water, boiler repairs and bathroom fitting. This is plumbing website design for sole traders and small firms, gas engineers included. Prices include VAT, you get a fixed quote before work starts, and you keep your domain and website files. I'm Hamza, based in Sheffield, building for plumbers anywhere in the UK.
One-page site £199, small site £399, business site from £699. All prices include VAT.
Most visitors arrive worried, on a phone, and want to know three things: can you come, can you do this job, and how do I reach you.
Say whether you take emergency call-outs and when you answer the phone. Promise only a response time you can keep.
A short section each for repairs, boiler servicing and installation, bathroom fitting and any other work you take on, with a “from” price where you are happy to give one.
Your name, a photo of you, the area you cover and any registrations, shown with proof.
Call and WhatsApp buttons that stay in reach on a phone, so nobody scrolls back up to find your number. Both are included in every trades build.
Make your number the easiest thing on the page to tap.
A customer picks the type of job and answers a few short questions, so the problem is described before you phone back. That saves a wasted first call.
A photo of a leak, a boiler label or a bathroom can be offered too. File limits, secure handling and how long photos are kept are agreed in your quote.

If you work on gas, customers look for your registration. This section also covers a gas engineer website.
The site has a clear place for your registration details and logo, next to the call button and on your boiler page. I add the Gas Safe logo, a WaterSafe badge or any other scheme mark after you show me proof that it is current. I do not add one I have not seen.
I do not write claims about what a scheme covers. You tell me what your registration means for the work you do, and I put it in plain words. A gas engineer or heating engineer gets the same layout with the boiler and heating work first.
Towns and postcode areas in plain text near the top, so a visitor knows within seconds whether you are an option.
A page per town with only the name swapped tells a customer nothing new. I would add a town page only when you have real work or something specific to say there.
I can build one. It is quoted as an extra, and I have not built one for a client yet.
The build is a one-off price. Most plumbers need the one-page or small site.

All prices include VAT. Your fixed quote confirms the final price before any work starts.
Hosting with me is optional, from £19.99 a month. With your own hosting there is no monthly fee to me.
A one-page site holds your services, areas and contact buttons. A small site adds separate pages for boilers, bathrooms and emergencies. Allow 10 working days for either, counted from when the brief and your content are ready.
Not included: domain registration and renewal, email mailboxes, paid services from other companies, and extra pages and features, which are quoted first.
None of this needs to be polished. A list in a message is enough.
What you do, what you do not, and a typical “from” price for each.
Towns and postcodes you will travel to.
Hours for calls and for emergency call-outs, if you offer them.
Gas Safe, WaterSafe or other schemes, with the numbers or cards to hand.
Finished work you took and have the right to show.
The one customers should message.
A one-page site is £199, a site of up to 5 pages is £399, and a business site of up to 8 pages is £699. All prices include VAT. Your fixed quote confirms the final price before work starts.
Yes, a photo upload can be offered on the quote form, and every trades build has a WhatsApp button where a customer can send one directly. File limits, secure handling and retention for uploads are agreed in your quote.
No. Gas and heating work go on the same site, usually as their own page, with your registration details shown once you have given me proof. A separate site would only split your customers between two places.
Opening and call-out hours are small updates. They are free for 4 weeks after launch, then they count as small updates on the monthly plans.
No. One clear list of the areas you cover does the job for most plumbers. Extra pages are worth it only when each has something true and different to say, such as real jobs in that town.
It helps search engines understand what you do and where, with clear titles, headings and a page map. I cannot promise a position, and a Google Business Profile is a separate listing that you own.
Tell me what you fix, where you work and how people usually reach you. The quote lists the pages, features and total price before you agree to anything. I reply within one working day.
Other trades: Electricians, Builders, Roofers, all websites for tradespeople.
Two sites I have built so far are GHZ Accountants and Redpen Jobs: see the work. The demos on this page are fictional concepts.
