An electrician website starts at £199 for one page, or £399 for up to 5 pages. It sets out your domestic work, landlord checks and EV charger installs, shows your scheme membership once you have proved it, and gives customers a quote form and a WhatsApp button. Prices include VAT, you get a fixed quote first, and you keep your domain and files. I'm Hamza, based in Sheffield, building for electricians across the UK.
One-page site £199, small site £399, business site from £699. All prices include VAT.
An electrician’s customers are not one audience. A homeowner with a tripping fuse and a landlord with six flats want different things from the same page.
Short sections for fault finding and repairs, rewires and consumer unit changes, extra sockets and lighting, and any commercial or EV charging work you take. Each says what the job involves, how a quote is worked out and what you need to see first.
Where you give a “from” price, say what it covers. Where you cannot price without a visit, say that plainly. It reads as honest, and it stops the wrong enquiries.
This is the group most likely to come back with repeat work, so it deserves its own page rather than a line in a list.
Landlords search for the name of the report, so use it. Explain what you do, what you hand over and how quickly you can book one in.
GOV.UK says private landlords in England must have the electrical installations in their rental properties checked at least every 5 years by a properly qualified person. Link to it rather than paraphrasing it.
A short form that takes a list of addresses saves a letting agent writing the same email six times.
The customer chooses the kind of job first, then answers a few questions that fit it. A fuse board photo can be offered, which often tells you more than a paragraph of description. File limits, secure handling and retention are agreed in your quote.
Every trades build also has tap-to-call and WhatsApp buttons, so someone with a dead socket can reach you without hunting for a number.

Show your registration, not just a logo.
If you belong to a scheme such as NICEIC or NAPIT, the site has a clear place for the logo, your registration number and what you are registered to do. I add a logo after you show me proof that it is current, and I do not add one I have not seen.
I do not write explanations of regulations or what a scheme guarantees. You tell me what you want to say about your work, and I keep to that.
What you install, the brands you work with and what a customer needs to send you, such as a photo of the drive and the consumer unit.
Photos of your own work, with the customer’s permission for anything that shows their home.
One price for the build. Choose the size that matches how many types of work you want to explain.

All prices include VAT. Your fixed quote confirms the final price before any work starts.
Hosting with me is optional, from £19.99 a month. With your own hosting there is no monthly fee to me.
Domestic-only electricians often start with one page. If you want separate pages for landlords and EV chargers, the up-to-5-page site fits. After 4 weeks of free small changes, the monthly plans (£29.99, £39.99 and £49.99) cover hosting and 10, 20 or 30+ small updates a month.
Not included: domain registration and renewal, email mailboxes, paid services from other companies, and extra pages and features, which are quoted first.
Proof of membership, plus the number to show.
Which you want enquiries for and which you would rather decline.
What you provide, turnaround times and any bulk arrangements.
Where you work and when you answer.
The makes you install and any limits on what you will fit.
Your own installs and boards, with permission where needed.
Starting prices are £199 for one page, £399 for up to 5 pages and £699 for up to 8 pages. All prices include VAT. A fixed quote lists exactly what you get before any work starts.
Yes, once you show me proof that your membership is current. I use the logo and details you give me and I do not add a badge I have not seen evidence for.
Usually yes. They ask different questions and want different things, such as certificates, turnaround and several addresses at once. Separate pages let each get a direct answer.
The site can take a request with the property details and you confirm a date. If you already use a booking tool, the site can link to it, and the provider’s fees stay with you. I do not take payments on the site.
No. I do not explain regulations or what a scheme covers. You supply the wording you stand behind and I lay it out clearly.
New pages are quoted. Swapping photos on an existing page is a small update, free for 4 weeks after launch.
Tell me what kinds of electrical work you want more of, and who usually asks for it. The quote lists the pages, features and total price before you agree to anything. I reply within one working day.
Other trades: Plumbers, Builders, Roofers, all websites for tradespeople.
Two sites I have built so far are GHZ Accountants and Redpen Jobs: see the work. The demos on this page are fictional concepts.
