Ask the questions you would ask on the first call.
An estimate request is more useful when it tells you what the job involves. We can plan a short form around the kind of work you actually take on, rather than starting with a large blank message box.
For a remodeling business, that might mean the room, the type of work, the ZIP code and the preferred timing. For a landscaping business, it might mean a one-time project or ongoing maintenance. These are planning examples; your actual questions and any custom form logic are agreed in the quote.
Show the work, with enough detail to understand it.
Choose project photos you have permission to publish. Add the work completed, the customer’s starting point and any useful constraints, such as access or materials. A caption can explain more than a row of unlabeled photographs.
We can give each main service its own page where it has enough useful information: what you do, the jobs you accept, the areas you actually cover and the next step. We agree which pages fit your package before building.
Start with a practical five-page plan.
A useful starting point is Home, Services, Projects, About and Contact. If you need separate pages for roofing, repairs or remodeling, we can trade those into the page plan or quote for a larger site.
The contact page can show your real service area, availability information you confirm, and a clear phone or estimate route. Licenses, insurance details and reviews are included only when you supply and verify them.
Keep the tools your business already uses.
If you already use a job-management or estimate tool, we first check whether its own request form or booking link can do the job. Replacing working software is often unnecessary.
A simple link, an embedded form and a custom integration have different costs and responsibilities. I confirm which is needed, who pays the provider and how requests reach you before adding it.
What to send me.
- Your actual services and service area
- Project photos with permission to publish
- The questions needed before an estimate
- Your current domain and any job-management tools
You don’t need a finished brief. Send what you have and we’ll work through the gaps.
