A safe wash, wheel cleaning and chemical and mechanical decontamination remove bonded grime before polishing. This keeps the correction stage focused on the paint itself.

Clear expectations make for better work. These are the questions we would ask if it were our car.
Will polishing remove every scratch?
Correction can reduce or remove defects in the clear coat, but a mark that cuts too deep may need paint repair. We assess it under light and explain what is safe before work begins.
Does ceramic coating stop stone chips?
No. A ceramic coating helps with cleaning and environmental contamination; it is not impact protection. Paint protection film is the separate product designed for chip-prone areas.
How long will my car be with you?
New Finish typically takes a day, Gloss Reset one to two days, and more extensive correction may take longer. We confirm timing after inspecting the vehicle.
How should I wash a coated car?
Use a gentle prewash, clean wash mitts and a pH-neutral shampoo. Avoid automatic brush washes. We provide simple maintenance guidance at handover.
